I have observed, on many occasions, that it looks like some driving instructors are teaching their student drivers how to race, rather than how to drive safely.
On average I have noticed at least 50% of the driving school cars in the northern emirates (without Dubai) exceeding the speed limit and they seem to enjoy it on top of it; no feeling of guilt.
It amazes me also when I look at the condition of some driving school cars; different brand of tires, no brake lights etc etc.
I guess this should be addressed and dealt with by the higher authorities in these Emirates.
