WABCO, a ZF brand, has long been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge systems that protect drivers, passengers, and vulnerable road users. Now, ZF Aftermarket continues to deliver innovative solutions, from advanced braking and stability controls to active safety technologies, all designed to make our roads safer for everyone.

Trailer Road Safety with T-EBS
T-EBS controls intelligent brake and air suspension functions, leading to shorter braking distances and delivering new levels of safety. With WABCO’s Trailer EBS-E solution, today’s braking system has evolved into an advanced control and information center.

Beyond controlling brakes and air suspension and ensuring shorter braking distances, the system processes a rich flow of data for more than 40 supporting functions. All these functions are defined in WABCO’s Intelligent Trailer Program, designed to decrease operation-related costs, save fuel, and increase driver safety and comfort. WABCO Trailer EBS-E offers the benefits of less maintenance, more efficient operations, and crucially, more UPTIME.

Fleet Road Safety with ZF’s latest innovation – TAS
Introducing one of ZF’s latest development concepts to improve road safety for your fleets: the WABCO TAS ADAS.

This retrofittable Turning Assistance System (TAS) is a pure aftermarket innovation, designed to increase the visibility of blind spots with wide-area coverage, thereby reducing accident-related downtime for your drivers.

TAS enhances vision perception for drivers of heavy vehicles with built-in Blind Spot Detection (BSD) technology during turns and comprehensive Passive Lane Change (PLC) information. Utilizing radar, camera, and alert systems, TAS detects potential collision zones and protects vulnerable road users when turning or changing lanes. It is functional for all fleet applications, including trucks, buses, coaches and more.

Whether driving in the city or on the highway, TAS’s basic components remain the same, offering consistent protection across various driving environments.
